Our Story

Cross Point Church started as a vision God laid on Pastor David's heart in 2007. He wanted to be part of a church which would reach the lost in southeast Indiana with the gospel of Jesus Christ and equip Christians with sound biblical teaching. A group of believers first started meeting weekly for a Bible study before meeting for Sunday services in a church members’ home in West Harrison, IN. In the spring of 2016, we were able to purchase the building we meet in currently. After months of transforming it from a retail space to what it is today, we were finally able to move into our new home. We look forward to how God wants to use Cross Point Church in the future.

As the church grew, members moved into a shopping mall space in St. Leon, Indiana where God grew our church and we were able to purchase 10 acres of land for a church building in the future. For the next couple of years, we met in a school and then a family life center in St. Leon, IN and during that time, God has blessed our church with new families and a strong focus on discipleship.

In the spring of 2016, we were able to purchase the building we meet in currently. After months of transforming it from a retail space to what it is today, we were finally able to move into our new home. Ever since the move into the new facility, there has been incredible growth numerically and spiritually. We look forward to seeing God do amazing things in and through our church locally and globally.
